Three equal payments are automatically charged to the same card
every two weeks. Your final payment is due six weeks from checkout.

The 5% fee is calculated on your full order value and collected
entirely with your first payment. Your total payable is your
order value plus this fee.
When can I use FlexiPay?
FlexiPay is available for selected events on eligible orders of
$200 or more, placed more than seven weeks before event day.
Availability may be limited. If your order qualifies, you’ll see
FlexiPay at checkout.
Want to pay it off sooner?
You can clear your remaining balance using the payment link on
your order confirmation page. Access it through your confirmation
email or payment reminder emails. The agreed 5% fee still applies.

FlexiPay Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before choosing FlexiPay.

1. Accepting the payment plan
By selecting FlexiPay and completing your first payment, you
agree to these terms and commit to paying the full order total
plus the 5% administration fee. FlexiPay is a payment arrangement
for a completed purchase.
These terms apply alongside the entry conditions, waiver and
cancellation policies for your chosen event.
2. Eligibility
To use FlexiPay, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate registration details, a valid email address,
a New Zealand mobile number and a New Zealand delivery address. - Use a valid payment card that can accept the scheduled charges.
- Meet the minimum order value of $200 and any event-specific
availability requirements.
FlexiPay is available for selected events and must be initiated
more than seven weeks before event day.
3. Payments and administration fee
Your first payment is collected at checkout and consists of
25% of your order total plus a one-off administration fee
equal to 5% of the full order value.
The remaining balance is collected in three instalments,
each equal to 25% of the order total, due two, four and six
weeks after your first payment.
If a payment falls on a non-business day, it may be processed
on the following business day.
4. Authorisation and your responsibilities
By choosing FlexiPay, you authorise the scheduled payments to
be charged to your nominated card using a payment token held
through the payment provider.
You are responsible for ensuring your card remains valid and
has sufficient funds or available credit for each payment.
Any fees charged by your bank remain your responsibility.
Contact us promptly if your card expires, is replaced or is
closed, or if your contact details change. The payment plan
cannot be transferred to another person.
5. Failed or overdue payments
If a payment fails, we will email you with instructions for
resolving it. The payment will be retried three days after
the original attempt and again seven days after the original
attempt.
If the payment remains unpaid after the final attempt, and
you have neither cleared the balance nor contacted us, your
registration may be cancelled and payments already made may
be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
We may also take steps permitted by law to recover any
outstanding balance. Failure to complete your payments may
affect your eligibility to use FlexiPay for future purchases.
6. Withdrawals, refunds and cancellations
Choosing FlexiPay does not change the event’s withdrawal,
refund, transfer or deferral conditions. Deciding not to
participate does not automatically cancel your remaining
payments.
Any refund or credit request will be considered under the
applicable event terms and your rights under New Zealand law.
7. Early repayment
You may pay your outstanding balance before the scheduled
dates using the payment link on your order confirmation page.
Paying early does not reduce the agreed 5% administration fee.
8. Contact and applicable law
Contact us through this website if you need help with your
payment plan. Keep your email address current and check for
payment notifications.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in these
terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot
lawfully be excluded.
