So why not give the Duathlon a go and see if a solid bike/run is more your style!

Of course, it’s not JUST suited to those that don’t wanna swim – a duathlon is fantastic training for any of your long distance events, or if you just need to work on your cycle and run!

The Duathlon “all comes down to the run leg” more than most other events, because you all start together on the bike … so get cracking on that run training and we will see you at the Duathlon start line!

  • Olympic – 40km Bike // 10km Run
  • Sprint – 20km Bike // 5km Run
